The Foundation
Empowering underprivileged youth through sports, education, and community support.
A Unified Vision for a Brighter Future
The Chioma Ajunwa Foundation, born from the inspiring journey of Olympic gold medalist Chioma Ajunwa, has long been dedicated to empowering Nigerian youth through Sports and Education. Simultaneously, Talent Gold Plus emerged as a dynamic force in Talent Management, committed to discovering, nurturing, and promoting exceptional artistic and entertainment talent.
While distinct in their immediate focus, both entities share a profound commitment to unlocking human potential and fostering success. This website represents our unified front, a synergistic approach to community development and career elevation, ensuring that every individual, whether an aspiring athlete or a budding artist, has the opportunity to shine.

Our Journey: Building Excellence Since 2012
Foundation Establishment
Dr Mrs Chioma Ajunwa Oparah, MON, OLY, DCP (Rtd), established the Chioma Ajunwa-Opara Foundation with a singular vision: to discover and nurture the next generation of Nigerian sports stars. Officially incorporated in 2012, the Foundation was built on a strong foundation of dedicated Trustees, committed staff, and passionate volunteers united by a shared mission of excellence and empowerment.
Milestones & Impact
Since its inception, the Foundation has organized numerous transformative events and campaigns across Nigeria. A landmark achievement was our collaboration with the Abia State government to sponsor the Under-16 Athletics Championship for Secondary Schools in March 2018, providing a platform for young athletes to showcase their talents and pursue their dreams.
Our Collaborative Approach
We believe that sustainable impact requires partnership. The Foundation actively engages with media outlets, local and international partners, corporate bodies, brands, and individuals who share our vision. Together, we create meaningful change through coordinated efforts and shared resources.
Anti-Doping Advocacy
We conduct comprehensive awareness campaigns against banned substances in sports, reaching schools, colleges, institutions, and communities to promote clean sport and healthy lifestyles.
Youth Empowerment & Mentorship
Through targeted mentorship programs, we empower young people to unlock their potential in sports and life, providing guidance, resources, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
In sports, there are golden opportunities for every budget, brand, and organization. We invite you to join us in building a brighter future for Nigerian youth through sports excellence and community empowerment.
